I'm a 27 year old woman, living in Sheffield, looking to make new friends to chat with. I'm not looking for a relationship at all. I've lost touch with friends for various reasons (uni, moved away, settled down in relationships / kids), so am looking to expand my circle of friends, see new places etc.

My hobbies include music, reading, films, 10 pin bowling, snooker and pool. I like to go on nights out, but Sheffield gets a bit boring at times, hence why I'd like to make friends further afield, friends to show me how the other half lives kind of thing. Like to experience what other cities have to offer in terms on days / nights out and make some new friends on the way :)

I'd consider myself to be honest, trustworthy, kind and caring. I tell it how it is and can sometimes be a bit too honest, but it's the best way, as that way everyone knows where they stand.

What am I looking for from Gumtree? Well, I guess the type of person I get on best with is honest, non judgemental and can accept people for what and who they are. If you are only interested in being friends with size 0 supermodels, then you're looking at the wrong person. I aint a walking talking big boob blonde barbie doll, nor do I have any desire to be!

No doubt I'll have put some people off. But then again, I'd rather be upfront. That way I don't get any timewasters who email once requesting a photo, only to never hear from them again when I don't meet their "physical requirements" concerning friendship.

Apart from that, I'm pretty easy going with most things. If you're interested in getting in touch, then feel free to do so, telling me a bit about yourself. I am aware people may think I am "sad". I just think people shouldn't judge a book by its cover, as it may be an interesting read.
