We are a small recently refurbished pub/ bed & breakfast on the edge of the Lake District.

We are looking for an Experienced Sous Chef to work closely with the Head Chef to produce High Quality food using the best locally sourced ingredients availiable. Applicant will be required to not only to work well with the Head Chef but be able to work independently as a team leader.

£16k - 18k Negotiable Depending on Experience.

Own Transport & Accomodation is Essential.
