We are a small country pub/ bed & breakfast on the edge of the Lake District , the pub has recently been refurbished but still maintains the traditional look.

We are looking for an Experienced Head Chef who is capable in all aspects of kitchen management (ie: Food Safety & GP) & who can also produce high quality food using the best locally sourced ingredients available.

The suitable applicant would be running a small team consisting of a Sous Chef, 2 Commis & Kitchen Porters.

Own transport & accomodation is essential, however temporary accomodation may be available in certain circumstances if required.

Excelllent Renumeration package with target based bonuses for the right applicant.
