4038 CDP

Near Keswick and set in the beautiful Borrowdale valley, this popular gastro pub serving both residents & non residents is looking for an experienced CDP to join their small team early in 2010.

You should have previous experience, a good knowledge and belief in working with fresh, local ingredients and be capable of running a busy section. You should be a good communicator, team player and have a flexible approach. High hygiene standards are expected.

Accommodation is available and whites and meals on duty will be provided.
Working some split but mostly straight shifts, a salary of between £15 & £16k is offered for the right candidate.
