Maverick Multisports is a new and exciting multisports coaching company, based in Runcorn, Cheshire and approved by Halton Borough Council, that offers accredited lifeskills education using the theme of sport to young people between the ages of 6 and 16.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for dynamic and motivated people to join our part-time coaching team and help us to establish a presence at various venues across Lancashire, especially in the boroughs of Warrington, Wigan and St Helens.

We are currently looking for qualified coaches who specialise in the following areas:
- Football
- Rugby
- Racquet Sports
- Gymnastics
- Dance
- Netball
- Basketball
- Botcha
- Disabled Sports Access

Rate of Pay & Hours

Our rate of pay is up to £12.50 per hour. Hours of work may vary and include weekends.

Requirements

Please note that MaverickMultiSports will carry out an enhanced CRB check on all candidates.

For those who meet our criteria, we provide an exciting and varied work experience. We offer the opportunity to coach young people, in a sport you love, with a company committed to excellence and quality.

- Applicants must be over 18 years with a full driving licence (preferably with your own transport)

- Minimum qualification you must hold is a Level 1 Certificate in any sport.

- Experience working with children is also required

Applicants must have (or be working towards):

• Level 1 Coaching Qualification or above
• Child Protection Certificate
• First Aid Certificate
• Enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) Check
• Own Transport (preferred)
• Personal Liability/Professional Indemnity Insurance
