Hi, I am a 26 year old professional female who currently lives in rented accommodation nr Kirkby Lonsdale. I am looking to move to Lancaster to be closer to work,gym, friends and amenities.

I am a non smoking, pet free tenant and have excellent references. I am looking for a 1-2 bedroom flat/house unfurnished as I have a lot of of my own furniture. Ideally the rooms with be a good size and parking must be available.

I would consider all areas of Lancaster, however, my favourites are Bowerham, Williamson park areas - but open. Budget up to £600 pcm ish, will pay more for the right place.
