A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Cruise Reservations Consultant, Cruise Travel Consultant to join this well known and expanding travel company working in the Cruise reservations department based in Lancashire. Fantastic earning potential, uncapped commission, you will be working in a busy environment with a friendly and target driven team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Cruise Reservations Consultant you will be dealing with incoming calls from customers who are interested in booking cruises or enquiring about your fantastic cruise offers.

Daily duties for this Cruise Reservations role will include:

•Dealing with potential passengers over the phone selling a variety of cruise holidays.
•Booking with a number of different major cruise companies
•Converting sales enquiries into confirmed bookings
•Up selling
* Making reservations amendments

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate for this Cruise Reservations role is ideally to be from a travel background, held a similar post previously and to possess the proven ability in sales, within travel. It is preferable the individual is to be from a cruise background or at least have knowledge of the cruise product from their travel experience.
The ideal candidate must be sales (target) driven, keen, quick to learn, enthusiastic and have good computer skills.

THE PACKAGE:
Initially this is a commission based role with excellent OTE earnings but depending on your experience a basic of £12K plus commission could be offered
