The Commercial Director will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £65,000, a car allowance of £7,000 and an additional bonus and excellent travel benefits. This Director position within the commercial department will report directly to the CEO of this long established and leading travel organisation encompassing 15 individual and well-known travel brands.

Within the role as Director of Commercial and Sourcing you will be:

- Responsible for providing both strategic and tactical leadership
- Ensuring future product supply of inventory meets member and customer needs in terms of driving volume and quality
- Providing analytical support for commercial decision making
- Leading the revenue and yield management team within the commercial department
- Driving yield, revenue, product and contracting in order to the deliver commercial goals

The ideal candidate for this Senior Manager opportunity within the function of Director of Commercial and Sourcing will have:

- Experience of working at a senior management level from within the travel industry, having ideally worked for a tour operator
- Experience in Revenue and Yield Management alongside product and contracting
-Excellent communication and relationship management skills for both internal and external clients
- Basic quantitative analysis experience
- Excellent communication skills through to Executive and Senior Management level
- Strong commercial awareness of the travel market, especially tour operations
