Registrable manager for 15 bed residential home, LD,dementia and older mental health clients in Burnley.
Manager must be able to manage independently, with support from area manager,must have experience with CSCI standards and inspections, be a computer-literate driver with solid care skills. To handle all aspects of the operation -recruitment, training, policy,procedure, staff management, employment issues etc.,To bring home forward in a turnaround situation, fill vacant beds , re-establish links and good relationship with referral agencies and CSCI.
