Hey, Im looking for someone to share the flat I am renting. I am a professional working at Chorley hospital. I work mostly 9 till 5.30 but also other shifts. I have just put my deposit down on the flat and will probably be moving in around the 2nd Aug (hopefully). The flat is in a central location within walking distance to the docks and town.The bedrooms are both double rooms and similar sizes. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. There is a large living/dining area which goes through into the kitchen. The bedroom will be unfurnished, but I have most other furniture for living areas.There is parking outside the flats. Rent is £275 (half of the 550 full rent). and bills will be split.
I am easy going and like having quiet nights after work and going for a few drinks at the weekend.
