Hi, i am looking for friendly and CLEAN tenants for a houseshare. The house is 2 mins walk from the town centre, 15-20 mins walk from the university and 10-15 mins from Preston train and bus stations. The rooms are both single, one is £63pw and the other (larger one) £75 pw + £200 deposit (this can be paid in 2 installments if it makes it easier). Rent is inclusive of all bills, council tax, tv licence etc. You will have full access to the kitchen facilities including washing machine and bathroom with shower, gas central heating. There is a yard at the rear and public street parking. You need to be responsible and considerate, and we will be the same in return. Thanks for reading this :-)
