Some Leisure centers across Lancashire including YMCA Poulton and Fleetwood have mixed changing rooms with open mixed showers.

Whilst this may be a modern idea, and although there are signs to keep costumes on in the showers, I have seen people ignoring this and shower naked, however as this shower facility is for adults and children of which some are unsupervised , I feel that this could put both the children and also adults in a situation were complaints and allegations could be made.
