My client is looking for candidates that can offer technical support and advise to customers over the telephone. The company is a successful manufacturing firm based in Nelson who pride themselves on a high level of customer service. We are looking for candidates that can be courteous at all times therefore building and marketing a good company image. Candidates must have a interest in DIY as the role will be of a technical nature and training will be necessary to understand the products.

Detailed duties include:
- Answering telephones
- Ensuring that enquiries are promptly and accurately processed.
- Sending customer information out and confirming receipt.
- Administration duties including filling, faxing and photocopying.
- Working with sales office manager to relay information regarding recurring problems.
- Building relationships with customers to provide exceptional customer care.
- Dealing with aftercare queries with regards to products.
- Database maintenance.
- Price, process and confirm the delivery date to the customer within 24 hours of the receipt of their goods.
- Liaise with internal departments regarding orders.
- Ad hoc sales office duties.
