Flaring is a specialist field so we will need someone with skill and commitment , product knowledge and the ability to encouraging developing new techniques with the team. The bars have an Irish American theme all of which revolve around the bar where you will have to entertain and amaze customers by your/your teams skills. You will need to know virtually every spirit known to man, whilst a good knowledge of draught and bottles, previous experience needed along with a personal license.
