New Account Development Executive (Sales Executive)
£neg. Guide £15,000 plus uncapped commission

Our Client is a well established national reseller within the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry. With further sales and establish accounts in need of management they are now actively looking to recruit the services of a skilled and enthusiastic New Account Executive.
You will be proactive in developing new opportunities for sales of IT equipment and telephone systems. In return our client will provide you will a structured career path, excellent rewards, uncapped incentive scheme and importantly an energetic environment to work in.
Key Responsibilities
and#61607; Manage and develop your own set of accounts ranging from new to established customers
and#61607; Work to daily, weekly and monthly targets supported by your team manager
and#61607; Take part in daily team meetings and sharing tips and techniques with your colleagues
and#61607; Build specific product knowledge in order to add value to customers
and#61607; Deal with customer queries while offering advice and guidance
and#61607; Identify root causes of problems, issues and complaints to achieve a win-win solution.
and#61607; Identify and report large sales opportunities that may require additional support to secure business.
and#61607; Undertake research of marketplace and your customers to enhance and grow your account set.
and#61607; Take part in promotions and competitions to build company sales
To succeed and enjoy this role you`ll need:
- Self confidence to build relationships with IT resellers and get the sale, to advise customers on the best IT products for their business, to own and work to a target and to take ownership when a problem arises.
- A clear and confident communicator
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- Willingness to learn from colleagues and develop your sales career.
- To be comfortable working with technology as well as selling it.
- Self motivated and resilient with a positive outlook always willing to rise to the challenge.
To apply for this position you will ideally have a good understanding of IT and ideally having worked in a sales position previously however our client has training courses that will allow you to reach your full potential as long as you can demonstrate commitment and willingness to succeed.
