To work in partnership with parents and other professionals to assist the development of pre-school children by means of an individual home based learning programme.

Work directly with children with special educational needs.
Report directly to the KIDS North West Regional Service Manager and participate in Supervision.
Work closely and in an integrated way with Wigan Portage service; liaise with Portage Coordinator and other Portage workers.
Access group supervision via Wigan portage service.
Work in partnership with parents.
Liaise with other supporting professionals, e.g. Speech Therapists, Educational Psychologists, etc.

Based in North West- Wigan £21,000 F/T 36 hours.
