Retail/Refurbishment Site Managers required

My client is a market leading regional contractor specialising in refurbishment and fit out jobs for house hold name retail companies on stores around the North West. I am looking to recruit an exceptional site/shift managers to oversee both days and night shifts on a large fit out project in Blackpool for a Tesco superstore.

Key requirements for the role are delivering an effective health and safety regime, showing excellent leadership skills, having experience of managing in a live environment and the ability to identify and resolve issues on and off site. Experience managing fit outs is essential and experience on a Supermarket project or notably Tesco would be ideal. You will ideally have a trade's background and will be confident in taking projects from start to finish. You will also be a driven, authoritative individual who likes to embrace a challenge and is confident in consistently meeting targets.
