I am starting a help and support group based in blackpool/cleveleys/thornton/fleetwood/poulton or bispham area.
If you have ,know someone with, or have a partner with anxiety, social phobia,agoraphobia, phobias, depression and would like to become part of a small local help and support group aswell as make some good friends, please get in touch via the email link on this page.
As a sufferer of Anxiety myself, i have felt very isolated and not known where to turn to, when i enquired about local support groups, i found there none in my area, so i would like to start up my own support group, providing i get the response im aiming for.
So please, dont feel your alone , as there are lots of sufferers out there, what i am doing is trying to bring us closer together and to provide, loyalty, friendship and advice to all that need it.
