Looking more for a flatmate rather than a tenant, preferably someone i know will look after the place when i'm not around. (and i dont want to be your mother ) am easy going, quite sane, reasonably inteligent, (contrary to rumour) self employed working 6 days a week.

Must be tidy, easy going preferably female. Iinitialy short term (6mths approx) but will take it as it comes.
5min walk to Victoria hospital, Blackpool zoo and Stanley park. 20min walk to town centre. Very nice location.
