I am now looking for 1 housemate- male/female to rent with 1 female [aged 28] and 1 male [aged 28]. Please be aware than my minimum tennancy is 6 months.

It is a double room for £320pcm and is available NOW as well as being available to view now (since Nov09).
A deposit of £200 will apply with the 1st months rent. This will be refunded at the end of the tenancy as long as nothing [damages etc] need to be deducted and you stay the minimum 6 months. You can leave sooner than this if you want it's just the deposit would then be forfeit. The supplied furniture in the room is a large wardrobe, a small table as a bedside unit and a double bed inc linen, pillows etc. There is room to add something extra- a desk for eg- if the new tennant wishes but that's at their own cost.

ALL BILLS are INCLUDED in the rent. Thats: gas, elec, water/sewage, council tax, landline phone calls 01, 02 etc [doesn't include high rate/internation/mobile etc phone calls though!] AND broadband [WiFi] etc. (to pay for these separately would add at LEAST £90pcm to your rent- so the £320 including bills for a double is a bit of a bargain really)

Shared use of lounge, dining, bathroom and kitchen including all furniture/appliances within these rooms. There is a yard at the rear of the property which is great for BBQs.

There are pets in this household: 1 medium sized dog and 1 rabbit (the rabbit is caged outside, but comes into the house on occasion- though I usually just let him hop around the yard). You are not expected to do anything for these animals, but to actually like animals is kinda important! You are also welcome to have your own pets... within reason!

Property is a short walk [2-5min] from Mill Hill train station and other regular bus routes. Also has Witton Park easily within 10mins walk. It's even possible to walk to Blackburn Centre in around 30mins (depends how fast you walk! I had one housemate who could do it in about 20min).
