Call Centre Sales Manager
The role of Call Centre Sales Manager offers an excellent basic salary of GBP22,500.00 with OTE of GBP35,000.00, free parking and concessionary holiday. The Call Centre Sales Manager will manage a team of up to 5 Travel Team Leaders and have previous management skills in a Call Centre environment, who wants the opportunity to take their Team manager / Team Leader career to the next level of management.
Within the role of Call Centre Sales Manager you will
- Develop and drive a dynamic sales strategy for the call centre.
- Monitor sales and performance data, ensuring that all sales opportunities are maximised
- Performance manage up to 5 Team Leaders ensuring that they maintain a high volume of sales whilst maintaining excellent customer service
- Develop the sales Team Leaders through coaching, placing them in challenging situations with structured objections
- Ensure that Team Leaders are managing sickness, general absence and general disciplinary procedures according to company procedure.
- Build excellent working relationships with internal and external customers
To be successful within the role of Call Centre Sales Manager you will
- Have a proven track record of outstanding sales achievement in a contact centre
- Have excellent communication and influencing skills
- Be a talented coach and developer of people
- Be passionate about sales
- Have outstanding communication skills both written and verbally
