Chef de partie, Penrith, We are currently working with a hotel serving fine dining rosette level food. The hotel is part of a group of hotels and can offer great career opportunities and has a restaurant, lounge, banqueting and good quality guest bedrooms.

The role:

As chef de partie you will be responsible for the smooth running of a section in the kitchen. You will ensure the section runs smoothly, supervise the commis chef in your department and ensure all the dishes are cooked to a high standard.

Experience:

We are looking for a chef de partie with previous experience with fine dining, 4 star hotel or rosette cooking.
