A CHEF DE PARTIE is required to assist newly appointed Head Chef at this Beautiful, Country House Hotel with a 2 ROSETTE FINE DINING RESTAURANT. A fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Chef de Partie or Ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join the team at this Popular Award Winning Hotel with a 2 Rosette Fine Dining Restaurant and a Brasserie. The current menus are a British and international mix of familiar ingredients and dishes with a contemporary slant.

The ideal candidate will have the experience, commitment and motivation to help drive the Kitchen forward and upward to the next level. Our clients are looking for their 3rd Rosette.
