An amazing new development in the Morecambe/Lancashire area has arisen and our client is looking for an aspiring Sous and Senior Sous working in a 5* hotel. Outstanding candidates wanted.

*Exceptional standards of service are a must
* 4*/ 4 Rosette's background
*Will be working closely with the head chef to drive the business forward
*Must be a team player
*Must be able to work well under pressure
*Experience is essential
*There are opportunities with this company for progression and promotion for the right candidates
*You must be passionate about the food
*The business has 45 rooms but also does functions and banqueting for 200 covers

Salary is circa 19,000 for Sous and 22,000 for Senior Sous, a top class hotel background is preferred however, high class restaurant backgrounds will also be considered.
