We are looking for two people for our house because they are not re-turning to uni. It is a 6 bedroom house; there are 3 girls and one guy, we don’t mind what sex the new house mates is.

We live very near train station 3min walk and 5min shopping center. We are 5 to 10min walk to Uclan Uni depending which building your in.

Bedroom: double bed, TV Ariel, with your own sink.

There is one shower room, bath shower room (very good), and two toilets.

Rent is: £62 a week
