We are a clean & tidy professional couple seeking a 1 or 2 bedroom house in Preston, preferably within the Ashton or Fulwood area.

Ideally, we would be interested in properties at around £300-400 per month- we pay a large mortgage on a property back home so we need somewhere that is financially viable. The house would need to be fully-furnished, have secure or on-street parking and have a back garden of some sort.
