Commis Chef, AWOL Ref 4036

Commis needed to join the team at this village-set hotel in the Carlisle area.

An ideal candidate will have had experience at 1-2 Rosette level , or will have a keen interest in fine dining, with an eye for a challenge and development. Working as part of a team of 5, this position offers excellent training, prospects and good standard live in accommodation in a town house with shared living and kitchen areas.

Shifts will be splits with 40-45 hours per week 5 Days of 7.
