Motor Trade Jobs / Automotive Vacancies:

Our client urgently seeks a fully qualified Accountant to work between their busy dealerships.

You will be required to:

1. Produce accurate and timely Management Accounts for each dealership under your control.

2. Compile month-end files including scheduling all balance sheet control accounts for each dealership.

3. Ensure all books of prime entry are completed accurately and to imposed deadlines.

4. Accounts Management. Dealing with the day-to-day procedural and Accounting issues as they arise including supervising the workloads of staff for your dealership.

5. Fixed Asset Registers.

6. Maintaining Related Parties Accounts including Disclosure on a monthly basis.

7. Attending Business Reviews following on from Management Accounts Production.

8. Completing the Franchise IFC/BDI Composites according to the Manufacturers deadlines.

9. Attending site vehicle Stock Takes on a monthly basis.

10. Compile Year End files including scheduling all balance sheet control accounts for each dealership and liaising with Auditors during course of the Audit.

11. Other duties as required.


Experience within the automotive industry is an advantage for this position, although it is not essential.
