Our client based within the Lake District require a Head Receptionist for their 3 star hotel.
The venue has a well established conference trade with excellent leisure facilities.

Currently undergoing refurbishment, they are looking for a Head Receptionist to drive the business forward & be part of the exciting development.

To be considered for the post you will

- Have experience in 3/4 star hotel reception

- Enjoy training & developing your team

- Experience in hotel computerised bookings systems

- Excellent communication skills

- Have the passion & drive to be 'The Face' of the hotel ensuring every guests receives the best in customer care

" Confident in handling & diffusing complaints.
" Maximise staff productivity, deploying the team as appropriate & efficiently as possible
" Spot opportunities to maximize revenue & optimize profit conversion
" Instigate innovative ideas to increase sales & revenue
" To ensure maximum guest satisfaction from arrival to departure, through personal recognition and prompt efficient attention
