A professional person/Student to share my accomodation for a minimum 3 Months but can be for longer. A non smoker is preferred. Would accept person requiring week time only accomodation.

The rent is £80 a week and includes all bills apart from the telephone which is not included. A double bedroom is on offer and is fully furnished and quite spacious.
Bed linen is supplied and amenities eg washing machine,dishwasher is available for your use.
The accommodation is south of Blackpool and is close to shops and public transport.

I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy and who wil respect my property and space as I would theirs and be prepared to clean up after themselves.
