We are looking to recruit a Court Manager for a Permanent Role in Bury Lancashire. My Client is a National Housing Provider who specialise in Supported and Sheltered Housings. The role of the Court Manager is to ensure tenants receive a high quality service, Providing support where necessary, whilst encouraging a sense of independence.

The role of court manager will involve managing a sheltered complex of 55 self contained properties, Duties of the role will include:



- Providing housing related support to the tenants of the Associations sheltered housing scheme

- Acting as key facilitator to ensure that services are accesses to meet tenants support and care needs with the aim of enabling tenants to remain living independently in their tenancies for as long as possible

- Dealing with all new lettings at the scheme

- Ensuring that all contractual requirements of the Supporting People regime are met You will have experience of working in Supported Housing previously, ideally with older people and will have a working knowledge of Supporting People
