Comes with computer (this clips on but please note one half of the clip is broken, it still works but best to be honest!) to tell you speed, time and calories burned.

You can alter the resistance on the wheel to make it easier or to work harder. Grips on the feet with wheels on the front so if tilted upwards it can be moved easily.

Good sturdy cross trainer, doesn't take up an awful lot of space, £45 ono.
