Trainee Assistant manager required for this high quality restaurant in Blackpool. The ideal trainee manager will have supervisory experience in a similar type of venue, and have a passion for good food as well as having wine knowledge. Someone who holds a personal liscence is preferred but this isnt essential. The successful assistant restaurant manager will have the commitment and drive to develop within the company. Salary is £12k-£14k.
