A double bedroom in a student house in Lancaster, just out of town but close enough for you to nip and get your shopping done, with in walking distance of the University of Cumbria and close to the bus stop for Lancaster University.
The bedroom has a double bed, a desk, two wardrobes, a set of drawers, some shelves, a tv port, and wireless internet access.
Everything is included in the price, this means water, electricity, internet, tv licence. There is a phone line but no phone set up.
You will be living with 3 University of Cumbria girls all in their final year of university. I have lived with them for two years and they are great to live with.
The house itself has a large lounge with a tv in, a large, welll equipped kitchen, a cellar, 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are double and 1 which is a box room. There is also a small yard, which is good in the summer to sit out in and have bbq's.
The box room is also avaliable for rent if there are two of you, or if one person would prefer the box room. This is just a single room, with a desk, a tv port, and a wardrobe.
The landlord is really good, he fixes things quickly if they get broken and helps with things in the house if we ask him to. We have never had a problem with him.
The double room is £72:50 a week and the box room is £50 a week. There is also a summer retainer to pay of £200.
