I am looking for a housemate (male or female) to share this 2-bedrooms house. The single room is available now for £200 per month (bills no include). If you need a double room, we can discuss about that. I am quite flexible. This property situated in Derby road, longridge and close to all local shops and amenities. All the basics are available such as; furnished, living room, bath room (shower and bath), double glazing, central heating, kitchen, washing machine with dryer, fridge, land line, internet, rear yard, privet car park ect.
