I am a memeber of the 'British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy' and work within their ethical framework. Part of this ethical framework requires me to have professional supervision for at least 1.5 hours a month.

A lot of people have trouble preparing what to say in therapy. It is helpful for many people not to prepare anything, as it can create more anxiety about coming if you are wondering what to say or where to start.

No notes will be made about your experience, and nothing will go onto your medical records.
