Hi there, basically long story short.

After Christmas I deceided it was time to lose some weight. With mainly a change in diet and next to no exercise I lost 32kg (5stone). After Christmas I was 117kg now i'm down to 85kg and maintaining this weight purely with a consistent healthy diet.
