We are a family of five seeking a new home in the new year! We are looking for a 4, 5 or more bedroom house. We have an open mind so will look at bungalows, houses, semi's etc

We work full time and have 3 children aged 9yrs, 12yrs and 13yrs who are cared for by a nanny...

We are looking for North Manchester, Bury, Greenmount, Stubbins, Edenfield, Holcombe Brook, Ramsbottom or similar surrounding areas

We will pay cash up front to the right house at the right price. We are looking to move in January but if the right property is available we would consider earlier.
