Senior Sales Administrator
I am currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Administrator / Team Leader. This post has arisen due to expansion within the team and my client requires candidates who can work as part of a team to oversee the running of the department. The correct candidates must have proven sales administration experience and good communication skills to keep a team of two administrators motivated within busy periods. Candidates with a manufacturing background are preferred but not essential.

Detailed duties include:
- General account management
- Processing sales orders via telephone, email and EDI.
- Speaking with customers over the phone and via email with regards to orders
- Dealing with all queries and enquiries.
- Being the point of contact for escalated quires and complaints.
- Over seeing two members of staff to ensure deadlines are being met efficiently.
- All sales order administration.
- Liaising with internal and external colleagues with regards to orders.
- Working to deadlines.
- Reporting to operations manager with the teams progress.
- Being the point of contact for booking staff holidays.
