WANTED LAND in Lancashire,Greater Manchester,Cheshire or South Cumbria preferably with power and water but not essential.
I would like to site a modern 3 bed static home on the land and have enough land left to develop landscaped gardens with a shed and greenhouse.
It would a holiday home initially but eventually a permanent residence for a married couple in their mid fifties and their pets.
Would consider siting on existing property such as a farm or static home park.
We could offer domestic duties or help with business in return for a free plot.
Will pay up to £5000 and £500 per annum.
