We are a professional couple, non smokers, no children or pets.

We are looking for a 2 or 3 bed nice fully or part furnished apartment,
if part furnished would need certain items, In Southport or surrounding areas.

Would be happy to discuss with prospective landlords/agents, although we appreciate we cannot take on a property until end Sept/ early Oct. 2008, we are looking for a very long let and can guarantee we will look after the property for you.....

Budget is 600-700 pcm plus all bills
