Site (setting out) Engineer - Cumbria/Lancashire
£30,000-£35,000 + Car + Share Scheme

My client is a prominent regional contractor with the majority of their work being around the Cumbria and Lancashire area in the education, healthcare, civic and commercial sectors. Projects will range up to £50m in value. I am looking to recruit a Site Engineer with extensive setting out experience and ideally an industry related qualification to diploma level.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of using a Total Station and Dumpy Level and be confident at inputting co-ordinates from a drawing spec.
-dealing with Sub Contract packages and checking QA, producing as built drawings.
-Able to Set-out using the Total Station / EDM and have a knowledge of concrete Piles.
-Experience of working on Steel Frame developments or Reinforced Concrete would be ideal.
-Previous knowledge of Earthworks, Heavy Civil's, Piling or deep Drainage would advantageous.

The initial project will be a large town centre regeneration programme with a project value of £41 million.
