Exec Chef for a conference and wedding establishment/cafe and coffee shop in the Wigan area. The roll involves monitoring the quality of food, kitchen margins, staff costs, budgets and financial targets. Managing a team of chefs in the units, effective staff rota planning and management. Reviews of menus and development of the food and suppliers. Hours are around the business 5 days over 7.
