Service Manager Required

For a small home, working with people with Learning Difficulties.

What we are looking for:

Service manager that has a positive, pro active approach to management, ensuring all aspects of the CQC requirements are met.
Dealing with Budgets
Ensuring that staff are well trained, and supported.
That Service Users have person centred support, and all care needs are met.
You will need to be able to drive
Hold NVQ 4 in care + RMA and have experience within h&s care.
