Ict Technician
This position is based in Bradford
Ths salary is up to £18,430 per annum
Job Description
To provide 2nd and specialist 3rd line technical support activities for the ICT services as set out in the ICT Services Contract. Respond to, and resolve all ICT incidents in accordance with service targets dealing with a wide range of users at various levels of competence within the school. To support the Phase 1 ICT staff, BSF Technical Manager and BSF Managed Service Liaison Manager in meeting the KPIs and targets of the of the ICT Services Contract.
Requirements
The post holder will be required to liaise with the Amey Bradford BSF Contract Team, the Local Education Partnership and School staff at all levels including but not limited to:
Teaching Staff, Administrative Staff, Governors, Community Groups, Local Education Authority, Education Bradford, Contractors, External Agencies therefore a good customer service ethic is vital.

Configuration Management
To provide 3rd line support to ICT services in accordance with the ICT Services Contract SLA’s, including, but not limited to:
MLE - Managed Learning Environment (Windows and Solaris)
Be responsible for maintaining records, information and data, producing analysis and reports as required
Production of troubleshooting / resolving processes and procedures for use in the development of an ICT Knowledagebase
