With this in mind they are looking to recruit a Qualified Home Manager for a brand new centre in the West Country which specialises in dementia
The Role:
• Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will full control of the recruitment of a brand new team of staff ready for the official opening later this year
• You will have to focus on the initial occupancy levels, ensuring the new home quickly utilises its superb facilities to attract customers.
• You will also monitor and develop policies and procedures for the home, maintaining the excellent reputation of the company by leading from the front and creating a exceptional service
• You will have the commercial acumen to oversee large budgets

The Candidate:

• The ideal candidate will be a very experienced home manager with extensive knowledge of Dementia
• You will have a background in managing homes at least 40 beds in size.
• A well organised leader, you will be able to show examples in your career of how you have increased occupancy in homes
