i am looking for a small ground floor flat in kendal, oxenholme or milnthorpe area in cumbria, i am female 46, single with no ties, very quet and tidy, currently i am claiming housing benefits but do plan on finding work when i get there, i need a base so i have that bit of a head start, so any landlords or property owners who are willing to rent out will be appreciated, i need a 1 bed ground floor flat or a small 2 bed house, furnished/part furnnished will be ok, this is a genuine ad, please no scammers, i have dealt with them before from gumtree, so genuine replies only
