grey male tabby 15mth old last seen wigan area

he is a grey 15mth old male tabby, last seen in scholes area 12/10/09 with a blue and white collar with bell, recently had part of a toe removed on back paw still has stitches in answers to gizmo or gizzy, much loved family pet missed by children and other cats, any info please contact. He is neutered and micro chipped if you take him to a local vet they will scan him.
