A good opportunity for a dedicated and inovative Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie ready to take the next step in his/her career to join the team at this very popular Hotel with a 1 Rosette Fine dining Restaurant and a busy Brasserie. The current menus are a Classical British and international mix of familiar ingredients and dishes with contemporary twists. Working alongside the Head Chef and Snr Sous you will be able to exercise your flair, creativity and passion for good food.
The ideal candidate will have the experience, commitment and motivation to help drive the business forward and upward to the next level.
