A fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and inovative Pastry Chef or Ambitious Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team at this Popular Award Winning Hotel with a 2 Rosette Fine Dining Restaurant and a Brasserie. The current menus are a British and international mix of familiar ingredients and dishes with contemporary twists.

The ideal candidate will have the experience, commitment and motivation to help drive the Pastry Kitchen forward to the next level. Our clients are hoping for their 3rd Rosette.
